Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

To initiate the process, please contact us at contact@fotia-studios.com , indicating your order number, name and email address. Our team will personally guide you through the next steps.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of use or damage after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established timeframes.
