Due to the artisanal production process in Ubrique, orders will begin shipping from March 23.

We offer two shipping methods that you can select during checkout.

• Spain mainland 
  Standard: 4–7 business days Free
  Premium: 1–3 business days €9.90
  
  
• Balearic Islands
  Standard: 5–8 business days €12.90
  Premium: 2–4 business days €18.90
  
  
• Canary Islands
  Standard: 6–10 business days €21.90
  Premium: 2–5 business days €26.90
  
  
• International
  Standard: 9–12 business days €39.90
  Premium: 4–8 business days €49.90
  
  

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination or the carrier’s logistical circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Taxes and customs: Shipments to the Canary Islands and international destinations may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient.

 

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and fast payment methods such as Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier or is refused at the time of delivery and the package is returned to our facilities, we may deduct from the refund the shipping costs associated with both the initial delivery and the return of the package.
